Thank you for choosing to shop at Box + Bow, by flo! Once you've selected your party box, we will personally package your items, pop them in a box and tie them in a bow, ready to send to you.

Delivery
We currently use Royal Mail standard delivery services. Please allow 3-5 days for your party box to be delivered. If you need your items sooner, please contact us before making your order, or add a note to your order and we'll see what we can do. If it is not possible for us to deliver sooner, we will let you know before making your purchase. Where possible, we will give you a tracking number for you to keep track of your order.
We hope you are happy with your party box. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, credit, or an exchange if the item is in the same condition as you received it, and in it's original packing - bows and all! Please see below for more information on our return and refund policy.
Return Process
For all returns, please reach out to hello@boxandbowbyflo.co.uk
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange, and 5 days from the approval of your return request to send the items back to us.
All items must be returned in their original condition, bows and all! Failure to do so will result in us returning the package back to you.
As a small company, we rely on receiving goods in their original condition. We appreciate your help in respecting this.
